If you exceed your quota, you’ll be charged for overages at the rates listed in the Overages section. If your current plan’s total (base price + overages) exceeds the next-largest plan, we’ll automatically move you to the next plan so you pay the lower amount.How do I make payments?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH. Monthly invoices are sent through Stripe, and you can pay using any of the supported payment methods.Are there any hidden charges?
None at all.My trading partner is forcing me to use their EDI vendor or a VAN provider. What can I do?
Some trading partners require testing through their preferred EDI providers, such as SPS Commerce, or may ask you to use a VAN. In these cases, the requirement comes directly from the trading partner, and Zenbridge has no control over these policies.
